We went to the drawing board to solve an age-old problem. As you quickly raise a shotgun, that motion pulls the fabric of the jacket across your shoulders to the point of restriction. Utilizing GORE-TEX stretch technology in key areas that typically inhibit movement, the Hudson solves that problem in a waterproof, breathable package. Body-mapped PrimaLoft insulation brings plenty of warmth to the table while minimizing bulk for a further enhanced range of motion.

Why We Made This...
Waterfowl hunters have been looking for a jacket that they can build a system around. One that allows freedom of movement, can be layered and provides ultimate protection from a variety of late-season conditions and weather. Our design was focused on using a GORE-TEX 3-layer laminate face with GORE-TEX with STRETCH technology in the shoulder and neck. Totally windproof, waterproof and breathableplus the ability for unrestricted movement in tight spacesmakes this a lethal combination of technologies. For insulation, we chose PrimaLoft Gold to ensure heat where it counts. The Hudson delivers maximum mobility and comfort with insulating properties for the unrelenting wet & cold experienced on a full day waterfowl hunt.
